Position Summary
The Global Director of Internal Audit will lead the Company's independent internal audit function and provide objective assurance and advisory services designed to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls. The role will develop and execute a risk-based audit plan, oversee Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and internal control activities, communicate results to executive management and the Audit Committee, and drive practical, sustainable improvements across domestic and international operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
