Client Implementation Specialist

The Client Implementation Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of Keystone Hosting, Enterprise Cloud, and other Switch. Think products and solutions for our clients. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing client onboarding efforts post-sale, with a strong focus on technical project coordination, internal process adherence, and cross-functional alignment.

The Implementation Manager is the primary liaison between the client, Switch. Think IT teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and outstanding client experience.
