Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef to develop and execute a unique and exciting menu . Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all food items. Play a key role in kitchen setup and pre-opening preparations . Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a team-oriented, high-performance environment. Maintain strict sanitation, health, and safety standards in compliance with all regulations.

Manage inventory, food costs, and portion control to maximize efficiency. Stay up to date on industry trends and techniques to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

Experience in restaurant kitchens , preferably in new openings or high-volume settings. Strong culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail . Ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team. Excellent time management and organizational skills . Passion for high-quality ingredients and innovative cooking techniques .
