Parts Clerk - Year Round

Ski perks (vary based on employment status) may include Deer Valley season pass, free skiing or riding at other Alterra Resorts and select local Utah resorts Friends and family ski discounts, free staff ski lessons and discounted rentals (winter staff only) Subsidized meals at Employee Dining Rooms offered for staff while on shift Subsidized housing options available for seasonal full-time staff Discounts for staff members at restaurants, shops, and service providers in Park City Healthcare options are available for staff members 401k plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Parts Clerk is responsible for tracking, reordering, and general maintenance of the fleet, building, and electrical parts inventories as well as assisting with the warehousing functions for other departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts, tools, and supplies Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory system Issue parts and materials to technicians as requested, ensuring proper documentation Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to maintain optimal inventory Work with vendors to source parts, verify deliveries, and resolve discrepancies Label, organize, and maintain the cleanliness of the parts storage area Assisting with resort recycling efforts Assist with tracking warranties, returns, and core exchanges Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Must be age 21 at the time of hire Must be able to lift, carry, or move heavy loads up to 70lbs Well organized and able to work in moving environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems Must be able to travel through snow to reach a building or piece of equipment with tools and materials necessary to complete tasks assigned Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a DOT medical test DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: Year Round PAY RATE: Pay: $20 per hour Deer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
