This entry-level role focuses on learning policies, procedures, and systems while providing reliable operational support What You'll Do Process basic account maintenance requests (address changes, name updates, account closures). Review account documentation for completeness and accuracy. Perform routine transaction processing and data entry.

Support daily operational tasks and queues. Escalate exceptions or discrepancies to appropriate staff. Comply with all regulatory, security, and internal control requirements.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Communications, or a High school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of financial institution, payment processing, banking, or operations experience preferred. Basic understanding of payment processing concepts; knowledge of ACH or NACHA rules is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and technology. Ability to follow established procedures, manage assigned workload, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced operational environment. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

00 - $21.50 per hour, excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
