It involves delivering individual, group, and family therapy for children with severe emotional disturbances, conducting clinical assessments, and developing treatment plans. The position includes monitoring progress, coordinating behavioral health services, and facilitating community outreach.

Additionally, it supports trauma-informed care, attends school meetings, provides training, and uses data to guide caseload decisions and community needs.
