In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced electricians to learn the trade while helping install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential remodel projects. You have a strong interest in learning the electrical trade Previous residential electrical experience or schooling is a plus, but not required You bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn from experienced team members You’re reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious You can follow instructions and work well as part of a team You have dependable transportation to and from job sites You can pass a drug screen and background check Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting electricians with installations, upgrades, and repairs on residential remodel projects Learning to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications Supporting crews with wiring, conduit, outlets, lighting, and panel installations Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Following all company safety protocols and industry standards Upholding Roby Services’ core values of Family, Can-Do Attitude, and Integrity in every aspect of your work Why Roby Services?
