Automotive Shop Manager - Vehicle Upfitting

• Vehicle Upfitting to lead our Cincinnati operation, oversee production, and develop a high-performing team that delivers quality builds on time. If you have leadership experience, strong technical aptitude, a background working with 12V electrical systems, and thrive in a high energy environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Lead daily shop operations and production activities Supervise 15- 20 team members including technicians, customer service, and warehouse team Schedule work and manage workflow to meet production goals Maintain inventory and coordinate material needs with warehouse team Provide invoicing for builds Monitor labor efficiency, shop performance, and productivity metrics Support customers by providing exceptional service and occasional quotes Implement process improvements that increase efficiency and quality Facilitate employee reviews with Shop Foreman Assist with uniform sales Qualifications : Proven ability to lead teams and drive results Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities High school diploma or equivalent - required Knowledge and/or experience in the automotive parts and upfitting industry a plus Compensation and Benefits : $75k - $80k, based on experience Full-Time/non-exempt Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Schedule : Monday to Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm Work Location: 9668 Inter Ocean Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45246 Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer.
