制定并推动中国市场的销售战略及商业执行。 Develop and strengthen the distributor network across China. 开发并优化全国经销商网络。 Drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth. 推动新客户开发、市场拓展及销售增长。 Lead Sales Managers across North, Central, and South China. 领导华北、华中及华南区域销售经理。 Develop key accounts and personally participate in major negotiations.

开发重点客户，并亲自参与重要商务谈判。 Own sales targets, forecasting, commercial performance, and market execution. 全面负责销售目标、销售预测、商业表现及市场执行。 Build a disciplined, accountable, high-performing sales team. 打造执行力强、责任明确且高绩效的销售团队。 What We’re Looking For | 任职要求: 8–10+ years of progressive sales or commercial experience, with substantial China experience.

8–10年以上 销售或商业管理经验，并具备丰富的中国市场经验。 Strong background in FMCG, pet food, pet care, consumer goods, food, or a closely related industry . 具有 快消品、宠物食品、宠物护理、消费品、食品或密切相关行业 经验。 Proven success in distributor development and management . 具备成功的 经销商开发及管理经验 。 Experience leading regional or national sales responsibilities. 具备区域或全国销售管理经验。 Strong new-business development, negotiation, and key-account skills.

具备较强的新业务开发、商务谈判及重点客户管理能力。 Strong understanding of China’s distribution and retail landscape. 深入了解中国市场的分销体系及零售渠道。 Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and strong business English. 普通话流利，并具备较强的商务英语能力。 Willing to travel extensively across China. 能够接受中国境内频繁出差。 Strong Advantage | 优先考虑: Pet-industry experience, an established distributor/customer network, or experience scaling an international brand in China.
