JOB PROFILE SUMMARY: Utility supports maintenance and facility operations by performing a variety of general labor tasks, including cleaning and basic maintenance. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment and provides support across departments as needed. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: The individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the job duties listed below.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties in production, toolroom, and office areas... Empty trash and recycling bins regularly. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting, minor repairs, equipment and maintenance cleaning. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE. Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Work Experience: 1+ years’ experience of related experience Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.

Education

High School degree Forklift certification is a plus Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to use hand tools and cleaning equipment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and time management skills Willingness to learn and take on new tasks PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

Use of cleaning chemicals and tools Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
