QUICKSERVE HOSPITALITY- Smalls Sliders GENERAL MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title : Smalls Sliders General Manager Position Type : Full Time About us: We are a fast-paced and dynamic quick-service restaurant committed to delivering exceptional service and quality food to our customers. As General Manager, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Job Description: The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in restaurant management, and the ability to drive success in a fast-paced environment.

Essential duties

for a General Managers may include, but are not limited to the following: Always maintains the highest personal and professional appearance. Creating and implementing plans that ensure flawless execution of Quickserve Hospitality, LLC- Smalls Sliders standards. Interviews, hires, and trains Team Members and Managers. Creates an inviting culture in the store, a place where our team members feel respected and valued.

Leads Quickserve Hospitality, LLC- Smalls Sliders quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Explains menu and answer product questions for all guests. Bending, kneeling, standing and lifting (up to approximately 25 lbs. as necessary).

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age. Cheerful and Positive Attitude Loves Serving and Helping Others Dependable and reliable Enjoys and values Teamwork Prior cash handling experience. 3-5 years prior supervisor experience and ability to work 50 hours per week. Serve as a Bojangles brand ambassador in your community. Prior experience using Microsoft products.
