Operations Expert

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Operations Expert responsible for supporting the efficiency and accuracy of our store’s back of house operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth daily processes by ensuring timely shipping and receiving of merchandise, fulfilling e-commerce orders, executing stock replenishment, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting a clean, organized stockroom environment.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Operations Expert will be trained to uphold operational excellence and maintain high standards of organization and accuracy throughout all back store functions.
