Technology & Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank through a secure, efficient, and resilient technology foundation. With a strong focus on productivity, quality and control, governance, people capability, and innovation, Group T&O manages core banking operational processes and delivers seamless services across multiple banking channels to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide major application and production support for Institutional Banking Group (IBG) , payment utility platforms , and branch service systems , ensuring high availability and operational stability Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to business users, operations teams, and technology partners across global and local markets Deliver technology initiatives including system enhancements, new functionality development, and ongoing application maintenance aligned with business objectives Analyze business requirements, document end‑to‑end processes, and translate them into functional and technical specifications Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to design, build, test, and implement solutions Facilitate discussions to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in system design and implementation Support production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely issue resolution to minimize business impact Monitor and optimize system performance, capacity, and reliability to meet service level expectations Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story definition, and delivery tracking Work closely with regional and global partners to ensure consistent service delivery, standards compliance, and continuous improvement Location: Taipei Hub - 13F Job: Technology Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
