Coordinator of Pre-Employment Services The Arc Erie County New York Pay: $25.00–$29.00 per hour Lead a Team. Empower Individuals. Make a Lasting Impact! The Arc Erie County New York is seeking a Coordinator of Pre-Employment Services to join our team!

In this rewarding role, you’ll lead a dedicated team while helping individuals with developmental disabilities build skills, gain independence, and work toward meaningful employment opportunities. What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire: Supervise, mentor, and support Community Pre-Employment Program Managers. Make an Impact: Oversee programs that help individuals develop skills and prepare for employment.

Drive Success: Coordinate program operations, scheduling, and service delivery. Ensure Excellence: Monitor service plans, documentation, billing, and OPWDD compliance. Build Connections: Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners to support individual success. What We’re Looking For Candidates must meet ONE of the following qualifications: Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field, plus 1 year of full-time paid experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the above fields, plus 3 years of qualifying experience. Associate’s degree in one of the above fields, plus 5 years of qualifying experience. Also Required: Valid NYS driver’s license, approved driving record, and reliable transportation. Why Join The Arc Erie County? Competitive Pay: $25.00–$29.
