What You'll Do

As a Ford Service Technician or Mobile Service Technician, you will:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford and other makes of vehicles.

• Perform engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, and HVAC repairs.

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, drivability concerns, and mechanical issues.

• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information.

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative services.

• Complete Ford warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.

• Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs.

• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality workmanship.

• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.

• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors.

• Follow dealership safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• For Mobile Service Technicians, perform assigned maintenance and repairs at customer locations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable, motivated technicians who have:

• Previous automotive repair or service technician experience.

• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems.

• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a service team.

• Ability to manage multiple repair assignments efficiently.

• A valid driver's license and good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ford Motor Company Certifications

• ASE Certifications

• Ford Dealership or Automotive Service Experience

• Automotive Electrical and Diagnostic Repair Experience

• Experience with Ford Diagnostic Equipment and Manufacturer Repair Procedures

Ford and ASE certifications are preferred, but experienced technicians from other automotive brands are encouraged to apply!
