Position Pharmacist Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing professional healthcare advice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Review and dispense prescriptions accurately. Counsel patients on the safe and effective use of medications. Provide recommendations for over-the-counter (OTC) products. Monitor medication stock, expiry dates, and inventory levels. Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health regulations and company SOPs. Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
Support health promotion initiatives and patient education. Deliver excellent customer service and build positive patient relationships. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized pharmacy environment.
Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D). Valid Pharmacist license (or eligibility for licensing as per local regulations). Minimum 3 Years of Experience Prometric Exam, Dataflow Verification is completed. Skills Medication Dispensing Patient Counseling Communication Skills Attention to Detail Customer Service Inventory Management Problem Solving Teamwork Time Management Knowledge of Pharmacy Regulations Preferred Experience in retail pharmacy.
Familiarity with pharmacy management software. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
