Assistant Professor

Position Function: The Department of Mathematics & Statistics at Mississippi State University invites applicants for a tenure-track appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor with an anticipated start date of Fall 2027. This role will be responsible for teaching, research, and service in Mathematics. Minimum Qualifications

Successful applicants will hold a Doctoral degree, or a doctoral degree expected no later than July 2027 in Mathematics. Commitment to effective graduate and undergraduate teaching. Demonstrated success in research.
