PRN Occupational Therapist | Home Health & Outpatient

PRN Home Health & Outpatient Occupational Therapist Redstone Presbyterian Senior. Care | Greensburg & Murrysville, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist to support our home health and outpatient therapy services at Redstone Presbyterian Senior. Care in Greensburg and Murrysville. This role would be a good fit for an OT who enjoys working with older adults, likes some variety in their day, and is comfortable moving between home health and outpatient care.

You’ll be helping patients stay safe, independent, and confident in the everyday activities that matter most to them. Because this position includes home health documentation, previous NDOC experience is required. We’re a therapist-led company, and we really try to keep things straightforward: support our clinicians, communicate well, and give people the space to use their clinical judgment and provide good care.

What You’ll Be Doing Completing OT evaluations and developing individualized plans of care Providing skilled occupational therapy in both home health and outpatient settings Helping patients improve independence, safety, and participation in daily routines Providing home safety recommendations, caregiver education, and adaptive equipment recommendations when needed Completing clear and timely documentation in NDOC Communicating with patients, families, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team Traveling between Redstone communities and patient homes as needed What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license Previous NDOC experience is required Home health and/or outpatient experience is preferred Experience working with older adults is helpful Someone who communicates well, stays organized, and is comfortable working independently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home health visits
