The Opportunity: A Dual-Track Apprenticeship This is a paid, entry-level externship designed for candidates with zero prior dental experience .

Unlike traditional schools, we provide the training, mentorship, and financial sponsorship for your required dental certifications and licensing. You will master two essential sides of the industry:

1. Clinical Excellence (The Art of Care) Assist dentists and specialists during complex procedures. Learn to take high-quality dental records and x-rays. Master clinical workflows, sterilization, and infection control. Directly support patient comfort and wellness.

• Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties to maintain a safe, sanitary, and professional office environment.
