Compensation

We work hard and have fun The Interview Initial phone conversation (20 minutes) Reference check (2 professional references) Skills assessment and hands-on interview (60 min hands on massage + 30 minute in person interview) Official offer or rejection notice A Day in the Life: Arrive 30 minutes before first session Review client notes and prepare room Perform 3-4 massages during your shift Document SOAP notes between/after sessions End day with an organized room and happy clients!

Schedule Requirements AM and PM shifts available AM shift is 10am - 4:30pm PM shift is 4pm - 10:30pm Minimum of three shifts per week (to qualify for staff perks like free monthly massages and discounted room rentals). Must have at least 1 weekend and 1 PM shift available per week. Extended shifts / doubles are available upon request but will never be required.
