Summary The accountant works with the controller to ensure the accuracy of an assigned range of financial data that appears in the company’s financial statements.  The position requires an exceptional attention to detail, understanding of the general ledger and chart of accounts, and the ability to utilize a variety of software.  Strong written & verbal communication skills are also necessary to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
