Description Schedule: Monday

• Thursday, 6:00am – 4:00pm (paid lunch break) Pay: Up to $32.04 per hour Work four 10-hour days in a CNC-focused manufacturing environment. Spectrum Industries, Inc. is looking for a Team Leader to join our Panel Processing team. This position provides leadership and support to employees operating CNC and other production equipment to manufacture wood and laminated panel products. If you have CNC machine and leadership experience, we want to recognize the skills you already bring to the table! Your experience may qualify you for placement above the starting hourly rate. We evaluate your experience and skills to determine where you fit within our pay range.
