We are hiring Entry-Level Pest Control Technicians to provide residential pest control services and excellent customer service. No pest control experience required.

What You’ll Do As a Pest Control Technician , you will travel to residential customers in a company vehicle and provide professional pest management services. You’ll work independently in the field with support from our team.

Responsibilities include

Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments Provide general household pest control, termite treatments, and specialty services following training and applicable requirements Educate homeowners about pest prevention and treatment services Deliver friendly, professional customer service Follow product labels, company procedures, and safety requirements Maintain a professional appearance and high service standards Represent Moxie Pest Control with integrity and accountability We are a customer service company that happens to eliminate pests.

Paid Training — No Experience Required Our paid training program typically lasts two or more weeks , with continued support until you are prepared to serve customers independently. Training includes: Hands-on field instruction Classroom-style pest control education Ride-alongs with experienced technicians Safe treatment practices and customer service training Ongoing weekly development If you are dependable, coachable, and ready to learn, we will help you develop the skills to succeed.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Professional appearance and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and contribute to a team Experience in customer service, delivery driving, landscaping, lawn care, maintenance, construction, or other field service roles can be helpful, but is not required.
