Job description
The Safety Manager is responsible for leading the company's safety programs while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local, customer, and company safety requirements. This position provides leadership in developing and maintaining a culture where safety is a core value throughout the organization.
The Safety Manager oversees regulatory compliance, risk management, incident prevention and investigation, ISO management systems, employee training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with operations leadership to drive operational excellence while protecting employees, contractors, customers, and company assets.
