Job Summary

Responsible for validating and evaluating the quality and performance of vehicle hardware components throughout the product development lifecycle. The role focuses on identifying hardware issues, conducting technical analysis, and ensuring product compliance with engineering requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations before mass production.

Key Responsibilities

Perform validation and quality evaluation of vehicle hardware components based on product requirements and validation plans. Develop and execute test plans, test procedures, and validation reports for hardware components. Evaluate functionality, durability, reliability, integration, and overall quality performance of vehicle hardware systems.

Analyze hardware issues, conduct root cause analysis, and verify corrective actions. Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to resolve technical issues. Support validation activities at key development milestones (DV, PV, SOP) and identify potential quality risks. Improve validation methods, test standards, and engineering processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive hardware validation, vehicle development, or product quality engineering. Strong understanding of vehicle hardware components, system integration, and automotive product development processes.

Experience in developing and executing test plans, test procedures, and validation activities. Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action verification. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and test standards. Good English communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.
