Job description
Treatment Assistants are responsible for providing care and close intensive supervision to all patients in a 24-hour residential treatment facility. General responsibilities include: providing patient-centered care, using de-escalation skills, observing and reporting behaviors and supporting a healthy and safe milieu environment, providing high quality customer service, and other duties as needed.
This position works closely with the Milieu Supervisor, counselors, and other staff to develop and implement a supportive environment for patients.
