Description Medical Scribe – Med-Peds Office Arcturus Healthcare – Med-Peds Office Location: Rochester Hills Position: Medical Scribe Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week Position Summary Arcturus Healthcare is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our Med-Peds Office. The Medical Scribe will work closely with our providers to assist with clinical documentation and help ensure accurate and efficient patient care.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a medical office environment, has strong computer and communication skills, and can accurately document information while maintaining patient confidentiality. Schedule The anticipated schedule is approximately: Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Approximately 30 hours per week.

Schedule may vary slightly based on the provider's schedule and office needs.

Responsibilities

Accompany providers during patient visits and accurately document pertinent clinical information Enter patient history, examination findings, assessments, and treatment plans into the electronic medical record Assist providers with completion of medical documentation Review and update patient information as directed Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and complete Assist with locating and organizing relevant medical information Communicate professionally with providers and office staff Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and office policies Assist with other administrative or clinical support duties as needed Requirements Qualifications Previous medical scribe, medical office, healthcare, or related experience preferred Strong computer and typing skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to understand and document medical terminology Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join Arcturus Healthcare?
