Instructional Assistant

Berks Career and Technology Center (BCTC) is seeking several dedicated Instructional Assistants to join our team and help high school students succeed in a hands-on, career-focused learning environment. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be proficient in math, reading and writing.

Specialized training and/or working with youth is preferred. Candidates possessing work experience in any technical trade is a plus. Why join our team? Full-time (32.5 hours per week); work schedule is congruent with the school calendar (189 days).
