Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops. webinars, assemblies Assist in the programmatic data collection, reporting, continuous quality improvement processes and evaluation of services Build effective collaborative partnerships and ensure that services are reflective of community need Collaborate closely with school principals, counselors and support personnel as required in order to effectively deliver required supports to students and their families Support accurate and complete program data collection and reporting Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field, experience in the provision of prevention related programs.

At least three (3) years' experience working in non-profit, social service environment in development or implementation of community-based services, prevention programs, or any other human service programs Experience in implementing evidence-based practice models and other materials related to training, coaching according to policies and procedures Experience implementing evidence-based treatment and prevention programs is strongly preferred.
