Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of six. I'm a graduate of the University of Central Missouri, have been married to my wife for 15 years, and am the proud father of three daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, attending Kansas City Royals games, and cheering on my daughters in their activities.

Serving our community is an important part of our agency. I'm a board member for Greensworks, active in my church, a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and regularly volunteer at our local food pantry. I believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
