Active State of Ohio EMS Certification Current CPR Certification Current ACLS (Paramedics Only) Valid Driver's License Over 18 with EVOC Completion or Over 21 without EVOC Customer Service Attitude Ability to pass physical evaluation, including lifting 125 lbs Ability to pass backgroud check and drug screen
