Supply Chain Coordinator - Intern

What do we want to know about you?

• Business and management related major is preferred.
• An organized, detail-oriented, and conscientious self-starter, able to strategize and prioritize effectively to accomplish multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Google doc, and basic Photoshop skill What will your typical day look like?
• With a short-time training to be skillful in operation of ERP system
• In ERP system to make inbound once receive documents from supplier and outbound once delivery parts to customer.
• Daily update info for purchasing record.
• Daily follow up logistic record.
• Prepare clearance documentation and submit to forwarder.
• Prepare and submit Payment Application, also input in ERP system.
• Issue sales invoice to customer. You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
