Volunteer Representative

The Volunteer Representative supports the effective delivery of volunteer programs within the Centre by coordinating volunteer activities and fostering a positive and inclusive volunteer experience. Working collaboratively with Centre staff, supervisors, and the Volunteer Development team, the role helps ensure volunteers are effectively integrated into programs and services while supporting compliance with YMCA standards and requirements.

The position contributes to volunteer engagement and the successful operation of Centre programs through strong coordination, relationship building, and administrative support.
