Senior Manager, Foundation Transformation

Orgill is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Sr. Manager/Manager, Foundation Transformation to lead our enterprise-wide change initiatives and govern our complete project and program portfolio. In this highly visible leadership role, you will be responsible for defining organizational change roadmaps for foundational domains like Digital, Marketing, Services, POS while working within the TMO.

You will ensure all Digital, Marketing, Services, POS initiatives align with Orgill’s long-term Tech strategy, delivering optimized operational workflows, modern technology adoption, and excellent project execution.
