You’ll be assisting union members who personally request benefit information, guiding them through their options and helping them understand the resources available to them.
Your responsibilities will include:Reaching out to members via phone or virtual meeting. Coordinating and conducting scheduled benefit consultations. Breaking down program details in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way. Completing digital forms with accuracy. Offering follow-up support to maintain ongoing relationships.
