Manufacturing Equipment Engineer (f/m/d)
Job description
Execution and coordination of electrical and mechanical maintenance activities on handler systems, including manufacturer liaison and spare parts procurement. Troubleshooting, repair, adjustment, and calibration of handler systems and their components. Execution and coordination of electrical and mechanical work on scanner systems, including calibration activities.
Monitoring and optimization of contact performance. Production implementation of handler conversion kits and upgrades, including coordination with equipment manufacturers. Technical support and coordination of mechanical docking-related topics. Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, such as preventive maintenance (PM) plans, PM checklists, calibration certificates, and related records.
Technical guidance and support for maintenance technicians. Coordination and supervision of installation and maintenance activities performed by external service engineers and contractors. Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Metrology, or a related engineering field, or relevant professional experience Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, backend operations, test engineering, or a similar technical area.
Solid understanding of backend test systems and related production equipment. Self-driven, committed, and results-oriented professional with the ability to work independently. Strong quality mindset and sense of responsibility.
