Key Responsibilities

Provide general office support and perform a variety of clerical tasks Answer incoming calls courteously and direct them to the appropriate staff members Greet visitors, assist with their needs, and provide facility directions Process mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to residents and staff Manage office supplies and handle service requests for office equipment Handle additional clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor Ability to travel in inclement weather What We’re Looking For Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to resident privacy and HIPAA guidelines Proficiency with Microsoft Office products High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with general office and clerical procedures is a plus Schedule & Requirements Part-time position: Monday through Friday (hours may vary), with weekend shifts required (shift differential) Must be punctual and willing to report to work in all weather conditions Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods and perform light lifting (minimum 10 pounds) Join Lutheran Services Carolinas’ senior living community and help us provide outstanding service to our residents, families, and teammates.
