Administrative Assistant – School Age Education Program Cheektowaga, NY Full Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm $19.50 per hour What You’ll Do Perform clerical work/reception duties; such as answering phones, filing/developing/typing correspondences, memos and reports Distributes incoming U.S Postal Service mail to the appropriate recipients and prepares outgoing U.

S Postal Service mail Maintains various office records and data and updates routine list Utilizes internal security system to ensure that all visitors enter the building through the appropriate door What We’re Looking For Associates degree with administrative office experience OR High school diploma plus at least 1-year administrative office experience PLUS Proficient knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook email Why Join Us?
