Instructional Assistant - Maercker School (Grades 3-5)

Instructional Assistant 6.50 hours per school day Salary: $18 per hour FREE Health Insurance (HMO employee only) or cash-in-lieu of insurance Description: To assist the classroom teacher in achieving learning objectives by working with individual students or groups of students to support learning programs in their designated educational environment.

Instructional Assistants provide support with IEPs , literacy , and overall grade level curriculum . Required License: Current TA, TASN, Paraprofessional License (ELS-PARA) from the Du. Page Regional Office of Education in Wheaton, a Substitute License, or a Professional Educator License with an ELEM, or SCGE endorsement
