Youth Workforce Coordinator

The OST Youth Workforce Coordinator supports participation in career-connected learning experiences for youth enrolled in the OCF-funded Out-of-School-Time high school programs. This role is responsible for implementing systems across funded provider agencies to ensure timely and accurate payment of youth stipends and completion of necessary documentation to support youth work site placements, including agreements, clearances, and youth W-9s.

In addition, the workforce coordinator will facilitate successful Career Connected Learning (C2L) experiences by working with OST provider agencies to resolve questions or emergent concerns.
