Plant Engineering Manager
Job description
AMPI is immediately hiring the Plant Engineering Manager. The Plant Engineering Manager supports all processes and facility engineering functions within a cheese manufacturing plant, ensuring production systems and infrastructure operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with food safety standards. The role focuses on optimizing cheese-making processes, improving equipment performance, and supporting capital projects that enhance plant capacity and efficiency.
The Plant Engineer also collaborates with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance to drive continuous improvement and maintain consistent product quality.
