JOB PURPOSE R3Di® units are built in phases across assembly stations at our Fort Myers production facility, and each phase depends on the right parts and hardware being staged before the crew reaches for them. With production ramping, the warehouse sets the pace: one missing part can stop a station, while a complete, well-staged kit keeps the build moving.

This role owns that flow from the receiving dock to the floor, and the results show up every day in what the floor is able to build. As the Warehouse Associate, you will receive and verify inbound parts and hardware, pull and kit them to work orders, and stage them by assembly station and build phase so each crew can work without stopping to search.

You will keep counts and bin locations accurate in Sage, run the forklift and pallet jack, and load and unload trucks, working directly with the Procurement team and the production floor and reporting to the Director of Procurement. This is a full-time, on-site, day shift role at our production facility in Fort Myers, Florida.
