OrderTaker Cum Billing Clerk

The Front Line Order Taker is responsible for assisting customers with menu selection, recommendations, and taking accurate food orders in a friendly and hospitable manner. This role effectively keeps the flow of the restaurant moving smoothly by maintaining clear communication and teamwork. The billing clerk position is accountable for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and updating customer files.
