Job Description: Cleaner (cover work) Location: XPO Logistics, Pontefract Road Normanton Normanton Indus Est WF6 1RW Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm (30 hours weekly) Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable cover cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and tidy office environment. Duties include: Vacuuming, Mopping, Sweeping of all floors, stairs and corridors Emptying bins and replacing liners Wiping down desks, chairs, and work surfaces Cleaning and sanitising touchpoints (door handles, light switches, phones) Cleaning kitchen/tea point areas (worktops, sinks, appliances) Restocking consumables such as soap and toilet rolls Cleaning toilets and washrooms, including sinks and mirrors Dusting and general office tidying Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards Ensuring cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and stored correctly Requirements: *Must have cleaning experience *Must be happy working on your own and using own initiative Duration of cover: 2 weeks Start Date: Monday 27th July 2026 Pay Rate: £12.
