This is a sales-driven position with hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to grow within the insurance industry. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Generate new business through outbound calls, agency leads, referrals, and networking
• Speak with prospective customers to understand their needs and identify insurance opportunities
• Prepare quotes and sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other insurance products
• Follow up with leads, address objections, and confidently ask for the sale
• Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage to existing customers
• Maintain an organized pipeline and track sales activity
• Build relationships that encourage customer retention and referrals
• Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to agency production
• Develop your insurance knowledge through training and coaching WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, banking, automotive, or a similar field preferred
• Comfortable initiating conversations and making outbound calls
• Motivated by measurable goals and commission-based earnings
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Persistent, dependable, and able to handle rejection professionally
• Organized with consistent follow-through
• Open to feedback and willing to develop new sales skills
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain
