You will participate in reconstruction works at desalination plant unit. Salary information:

The company also provides trainings , tools, and workforce needed to carry its service projects.

About the role

Supervise the engineering staff involved in the maintenance of Heat recovery steam generator. Manage utilization of power and other utilities. Ensure that preventive maintenance is done on equipment. Supervise and monitor contracted services and suppliers. Perform all duties required for the proper maintenance of the object. Work on special projects as directed. Duties:

• Handle creation of job duties and delegate tasks to workers.
• Create and monitor schedules for each worker and ensure that he has the physical and mental ability to cope.
• Ensure accuracy of work orders prior to handing them out and make sure that time efficiency is taken into account.
• Make sure that work sites are cleaned and cleared of any hazardous materials prior to the beginning of activities.
• Ensure that all machinery and tools are available to the crew and everything is in proper order and state of maintenance.
• Perform inspections to ensure that the crew’s performance is up to the set standards.
• Monitor daily procedures to ensure that proper quality is maintained and that schedules are being followed
• Create and maintain positive working relationships inside worker team to ensure timely procurement of supplies and materials
• Coordinate with Site supervisor and EHS all activities Skills and experience: Male with 3+years of work experience with heat recovery steam generators, desalination units. Relevant qualification Hard-working, responsible Culture: Company executes inspections and maintenance activities efficiently and effectively, based on good project management skills/support. They ensure EHS rules are applied, for the safety and security of staff and customers’ people and equipment.
