As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and providing customized bath remodeling solutions.

Design customized bath solutions for homeowners in real time. Present pricing and close sales during appointments. Participate in weekly sales training to improve skills and performance.

Deliver a high-quality customer experience from start to finish. What We’re Looking For. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Prior experience in home improvement or in-home sales is highly preferred. Background in bathroom remodeling, construction, or similar industries is a plus. Reliable transportation and local residency required.

Confident presenter with strong objection-handling skills. Highly motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
