Zoho Specialist – CRM, Projects & Automation

Este é um cargo remoto. We are looking for a skilled Zoho Specialist to collaborate with Profit-Tech on digital transformation projects for small and medium-sized businesses. The professional will work on the configuration, automation, and optimization of Zoho One applications — mainly CRM, Projects, Books, and Flow — ensuring practical results and process efficiency.

The role includes:

• Implementing and customizing Zoho CRM modules (Deals, Leads, Pipelines)
• Setting up workflows, blueprints, and custom functions (Deluge)
• Integrating Zoho Projects and Books for delivery and finance automation
• Supporting client onboarding and documenting key processes
• Coordinating with designers and finance team for client proposals Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Zoho One ecosystem
• Proven experience with CRM customization and automation
• Familiarity with Deluge scripting and Blueprint automation
• Basic understanding of project and finance modules (Zoho Projects, Books)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely
• Portuguese or English proficiency
