Senior Manager

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of both trailers, ensuring they are fully stocked, clean, and running smoothly. Ensure exceptional customer service is always provided. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure high performance and alignment with company values, high standards for quality products and presentation.

Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs. Manage daily cash flow, prepare reports to ensure accurate financial records. Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers and boost sales. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote the business.

Coordinate and participate in local events to increase visibility. Daily Operations: Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene practices. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies, including ice, syrups, cups, and other products. Track usage and minimize waste to optimize profitability. Oversee the production of ice and ensure equipment is in good working condition.

Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs as needed. Product Expertise: Passion and expertise in crafting innovative specialty beverages such as coffee, tea, and other product offerings.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the service industry, preferably with a focus on food and beverage. Expertise in coffee, tea, and related beverages is highly desirable. Proven experience in inventory management, marketing, and team leadership. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and social media platforms. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
