What You’ll Drive Oversee venue selection (virtual/physical), vendor procurement, master scheduling, and budget allocation. Liaise with trainers, speakers, and subject matter experts to sequence curriculum and finalize materials. Drive attendee onboarding workflows, real-time troubleshooting, and post-bootcamp engagement.

What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven background in event organization, training logistics, or bootcamp operations. Track record of achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from participants. Ability to execute 100% of bootcamp sessions on schedule while adhering strictly to budget limits with zero unapproved overruns.
